It will also channel the community energy to preserve and manage and also value the heritage as collective responsibility. This would also emphasis that irrespective of which ethnic/ religious root reflects these cultural and historical property it is nevertheless be viewed as part of  overall Sri Lankan heritage and therefore it is the collective responsibility of the immediate community to preserve and respect it.

An exhibition of collaborative installation and collaborative performance art by Bandu Manamperi and G.R. Constantine - Sponsored by Theertha

An exhibition of performance art and installation; The Maze, by Bandu Manamperi and G.R. Constantine, will be held at the Lionel Wendt Gallery at Colombo from 2nd to 4th November. The preview and the collaborative performance will be held on 2nd November from 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm at the exhibition venue.
 
This exhibition is sponsored by the Theertha International Artists Collective.
 
The single installation in this exhibition which is also a collaborative work by the 2 artists as well as the performance address the cultural, political and social aspects of the present social conflicts.
 
You are cordially invited to the preview of ¡The Maze:
